“Pink & Green” is an initiative designed to create upskilling and reskilling pathways for women in sustainable entrepreneurship. The project, led by MALTAccelerate in partnership with Social Innovation Teams (Politecnico of Turin) and Jovesolides, addresses the need for targeted, practical training in green business models, ensuring that women entrepreneurs have the tools to build and sustain businesses with positive social and environmental impact.
The project will equip 45 women from Malta, Italy, and Spain, with technical knowledge, entrepreneurial skills and leadership competencies to successfully navigate the sustainable business sector and empower them to become impact entrepreneurs and startup founders. By integrating practical training and international collaboration, the project ensures that learning is not only theoretical but also applied in real-world settings, making participants job and investment ready.
At its core, the project aims to remove structural barriers to women’s participation in entrepreneurship, creating inclusive and accessible pathways that directly contribute to the E+ horizontal priority of inclusion and diversity. The project will promote female leadership and inclusive business practices, fostering an ecosystem where women are not only supported but positioned as leaders in sustainable entrepreneurship.
